Responsibilities

• Plan and execute seminars, client appreciation gatherings, and exclusive VIP experiences — from venue selection to follow-up and onsite greeting
• Serve as a trusted first point of contact for new prospects, following up with warmth, professionalism, and curiosity
• Connect with prospects by phone and other channels (no cold calling), nurture leads
• Schedule qualified prospects for consultations with financial advisors
• Confirm upcoming appointments to maximize show rates
• Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and appointments in our CRM
• Build rapport with prospects and clearly explain the value of meeting with our advisors
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing and sales experience
• Experience supporting marketing events or campaign logistics
• A proven ability to build trust and develop lasting client relationships
• Outstanding phone skills and a confident, friendly manner speaking with clients
• High degree of creativity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work at a fast pace
• Demonstrates exceptional project management and organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
• High energy, positive attitude, and ability to accept and apply direction
