Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reppin’ the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups with high energy
  • Setting up and breaking down event setups including tables, signage, tents, and cake displays
  • Tracking event activity, managing cake pars, staying organized, and communicating clearly
  • Bringing a sales-driven approach to conversations and closing deals on-site
  • Upselling cake offerings and driving party-ready experiences at every event
  • Staying on your feet and engaging attendees with a friendly, proactive vibe
  • Making customers fall in love with the cakes and turning tastings into purchases
