Job Summary

Own the enrollment marketing and campus event experience, with clear ownership of admissions content across web pages and communications for undergraduate, graduate, international, and conservatory audiences.

  • Manage a unified communications calendar and email broadcasts for all admissions offices.
  • Coordinate vendor relations and production of promotional materials and enrollment publications.
  • Oversee events and outreach programs including Open Houses, Admitted Students Day, group visits, and virtual chats to drive inquiries and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the content manager of all admissions offices departmental web and intranet pages, including design, editing and updating of information (Admissions Instagram page; CampusESP; College Board Connections; TBA); work with enrollment professional staff to implement policies to ensure accuracy. Work closely with Enrollment Marketing to ensure that all policies are being met.
  • Manage communications plan for Office of Admissions and Graduate and Online Admission.
  • Build email broadcasts for the enrollment management offices including: Undergraduate, Graduate, International, Conservatory recruitment.
  • Participate and coordinate vendor relations with EAB for outreach and application generation campaigns. (Office of Admission)
  • Participate in annual review of enrollment print publications.
  • Manage inventory for mailings and outreach
  • Coordinate with support staff outreach efforts as needed
  • Serve as liaison with Marketing Communications department to manage development of new ad hoc communications to prospective students.
  • Serve as liaison with Marketing Communication to initiate the creation production and printing of promotional materials.
  • Coordinate mailings for the Undergraduate and Graduate and Online Admission Office.
  • Responsible for all bulk text-messaging campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • advanced skills in marketing communications (advertising, publications and web design and management)
  • strong composition, computer, communications and organizational skills
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • design technical skills utilizing Photoshop, InDesign and/or Canva
  • Proficiency of administrative software: Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed for office events
