Job Description

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local schools, churches, businesses, and community organizations
- Actively solicit catering and business opportunities
- Represent the restaurant at community events
- Coordinate spirit nights and partnership events
- Take the Chick-fil-A Cow to local appearances and special events
- Plan and execute in-store events (Family Nights, Kids Events, Holiday Events, etc.)
- Coordinate community pop-ups and brand activations
- Manage event calendars and promotional timelines
- Oversee decorations and store atmosphere for seasonal campaigns
- Create contests and promotions to increase check average

Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Energetic and comfortable being the “face” of the brand
- Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming new ideas
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Comfortable networking and introducing yourself to local business leaders
- Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Preferred
- Marketing, Communications, Business, or Event Planning background preferred (not required)
