Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, conferences, and activations from concept to completion
• Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, and on‑site logistics
• Oversee event setup, breakdown, staffing, and run‑of‑show
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth execution
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain a calm, solution‑oriented presence during events
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, programs, and brand initiatives
• Create and manage content across email, social media, website, and print materials
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external partners to produce high‑quality marketing assets
• Track campaign performance and provide data‑driven recommendations
• Maintain brand voice and messaging across all channels

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or a related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to stay calm, resourceful, and proactive under pressure
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
• Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is a plus
• Creative thinker with a “can‑do” attitude and strong attention to detail
• Experience: marketing and event management: 4 years (Required)
• Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
