Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and run all dealership events including rides, rallies, open houses, charity events, bike nights, and community outreach.
• Coordinate vendors, sponsors, food trucks, entertainment, and logistics.
• Ensure events reflect the Harley-Davidson lifestyle and deliver a memorable customer experience.
• Manage social media channels (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube) with consistent, high-quality content.
• Create event promotions, flyers, ads, and video content.
• Maintain the dealership website and update event calendars & promotions.
• Track engagement, analytics, and campaign performance.
• Build and execute monthly marketing plans & promotional themes.
• Grow relationships with local riding groups, charities, influencers, and community organizations.
• Strengthen the Texoma Harley brand image across every customer touchpoint.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, event coordination, or social media management.
• Strong communication & organization skills.
• Ability to run multiple events and projects on tight timelines.
• Creative eye for photography, videography, and design (Canva/Adobe experience preferred).
• Willingness to work some weekends, evenings, and event days.
• Passion for motorcycles — Harley-Davidson experience a huge plus (not required).
