Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of events. Includes promotional campaigns, partnerships with gyms/run clubs, farmers markets, trade shows and community outreach initiatives
• Creatively enhancing marketing efforts through social media content, promotional materials, and post-event reports
• Manage event budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
• Assist with venue selection, vendor negotiations, and contract management to ensure seamless event execution
• Coordinate logistics such as registration, setup, breakdown, and on-site support to guarantee smooth operations
• Engage with attendees and guests to provide outstanding customer service and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Knowledge of marketing principles and event marketing strategies
• Ability to upsell services or products during events to maximize revenue opportunities
• Excellent communication skills for connecting with customers and team members
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within deadlines
