Job Summary
Own the marketing infrastructure stack end to end, from lead ingestion and attribution to integrations with ad platforms, driving data quality and reliable event-driven systems in AWS.
- Growth Infrastructure: Own end-to-end lead ingestion, routing, enrichment, and attribution to improve conversion tracking accuracy.
- Integrations & Data Integrity: Build and scale integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok and other ad platforms while ensuring CRM, CDP, and ad data stay in sync.
- Reliability & Performance: Drive CI/CD, observability, and event-driven architecture to reduce CPL and optimize acquisition performance.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in system design and development
- Own end-to-end lead ingestion, routing, enrichment, and attribution systems
- Build and optimize integrations with: Meta, Google, TikTok, Other ad platforms and conversion APIs
- Improve: Conversion tracking accuracy, Signal quality for optimization, Cost per lead (CPL) and acquisition performance
- Ensure data consistency across: CRM, CDP, Ad platforms
- Design and scale event-driven systems in AWS
- Drive CI/CD, system reliability, and performance monitoring
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve marketing infrastructure
Requirements
- Strong hands-on engineering background (Node.js, APIs, AWS)
- Experience working with:
- MarTech / digital acquisition systems
- Ad platform integrations and conversion APIs
- Attribution and tracking systems
- Experience partnering closely with growth and performance marketing teams
- Strong understanding of data flow across marketing systems
- Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
