Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent, high-quality application of Trooh’s brand, positioning, and value proposition across all teams.
• Serve as the internal authority on brand usage, messaging, and tone, and ensuring all externally‑facing materials align with brand guidelines and sales strategy.
• Oversee marketing materials, sales tools, and communications that support outreach, pitching, and partnerships.
• Equip Sales and Campus Partnerships teams with clear, effective, on‑brand collateral and own quality control for all deliverables leaving the organization.
• Review audience research, campaign measurement, and media performance results to identify insights that strengthen messaging and improve positioning.
• Oversee relationships with research and measurement partners, working closely with senior leadership to ensure insights support Trooh’s strategy.
• Oversee the strategy, standards, and workflow for filler content displayed across Trooh’s campus screen network.
• Manage a mix of internally created content and curated third‑party content, including securing and maintaining content partnerships.
• Oversee Trooh’s brand presence across social platforms and industry events, conferences, and sponsorships ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in an integrated marketing role at a media brand or publisher, including people‑management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional alignment, influence stakeholders, and exercise strong judgment in brand stewardship, messaging, and tone.
• Hands‑on experience developing marketing materials, sales tools, social content, and outward‑facing communications, supported by strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience partnering with sales teams to craft strong pitches, using creativity, research, and measurement insights, is strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to translate research and data into clear, actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing, and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using AI‑enabled tools to support content creation, creative iteration, and workflow efficiency.
• Familiarity with the U.S. college or university environment, or the ability and interest to learn it quickly.
