Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Positioning: own and evolve Prosperity's brand positioning and value proposition, and ensure it's applied consistently across web, collateral, and every office and practice area.
  • Sales Enablement: build and maintain the pitch documents, proposal templates, and capability decks partners use to win new HNWI and family office clients — grounded in clear, differentiated proof points.
  • Thought Leadership & Content: develop a content program (articles, insights, market commentary) that establishes Prosperity Partners as credible experts to HNW individuals, family offices, and referral sources.
  • Web & Digital Presence: own prosperityllc.com content and manage the relationship with the firm's website vendor/agency to keep the site accurate, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
  • Social Media & LinkedIn: build Prosperity's organic social presence, with a particular focus on LinkedIn — growing followership, driving engagement, and supporting partners' individual visibility as subject-matter experts.
  • M&A Integration Marketing: partner with leadership to develop the marketing and communications playbook for newly acquired firms — Day 1 messaging, brand transition planning, and client-facing communications that preserve trust through the integration.
  • Cross-Office Collaboration: work directly with partners and office leaders across Prosperity Partners’ national footprint to surface stories, wins, and expertise worth marketing — and to ensure local offices feel supported, not overridden, by a growing national brand.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally including some in-house responsibility for brand strategy, not just execution.
  • A strong generalist marketing background: brand-building, sales enablement/content, and digital/social — no single narrow specialty.
  • Demonstrated experience growing a LinkedIn presence (organic followership, engagement, and executive/thought-leader visibility) — portfolio or examples expected.
  • A self-starter, comfortable operating without an existing team or infrastructure.

Preferred

  • Highly Preferred: marketing experience within accounting, professional services, or another partner-driven firm; and/or marketing experience targeting high-net-worth individuals or family offices.
  • Preferred: experience supporting M&A integration, rebranding, or multi-entity/multi-office consolidation.

Benefits

  • equity participation through Prosperity's Employee Purpose Plan.
  • comprehensive benefits
