Lead US marketing for Mutti, shaping brand equity, media strategy, and innovation alignment while owning the budget and building a high-performance US marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Building a deep understanding of the brand and its heritage and equity, becoming the most skilled brand ambassador for the US market
  • Defining, developing and executing marketing and media plans for the US in close collaboration with Mutti Global Marketing.
  • Able to autonomously develop media content
  • Create, define and implement brand territory and visual identity starting from global brand positioning.
  • Align, develop and implement specific US-based packaging/innovation launch plans based on global innovation strategy
  • Owning the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment
  • Supporting with the definition and implementation of market research plans relying on global market research strategies.
  • Providing strategic sales support through compelling presentations, business reviews, customer insights, and marketing tools.
  • Leverage syndicated and internal data (IRI/Circana, Nielsen, retailer data, and other analytics platforms) to identify growth opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the US marketing team while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Requirements

  • Having accrued a minimum of 10-year-experience in Brand Management within consumer goods companies in US. Background in food sector is a plus.
  • Having completed a university degree course preferably in business or marketing.
  • Having built a good network of relevant agencies and potential partners within FMCG
  • Ideally have advertising content creation expertise
  • Savvy in connecting insights from different panels for a media strategy and translating into precise media plans
  • Proven ability to analyze market data and translate insights into strategic business decisions.
  • Experience in maximizing tight marketing budgets
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management and prioritization capabilities.
  • Having accrued experience with premium/food brands/products with an Italian touch will be considered a plus.
