Job Summary

Drive Mindify’s community-facing marketing, program design, and partnerships within adult medical centers.

  • Own relationship development with medical centers, staff, and families to expand Mindify’s reach.
  • Must-have: Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to turn strangers into partners.
  • Standout: Experience designing on-site mental health programs for adults and seniors.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary face of Mindify for medical center directors, staff, and families. You will build and maintain the "connective tissue" between our clinical team and the facilities.
  • Program Creation: Design and implement on-site mental health initiatives (e.g., wellness workshops, support groups, or educational seminars) tailored for adults and seniors in a medical setting.
  • Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to expand Mindify’s footprint into new adult medical centers and community organizations.
  • Brand Advocacy: Ensure the Mindify mission is communicated clearly across all touchpoints, from digital newsletters to in-person presentations.
  • Feedback Integration: Regularly meet with center stakeholders to assess program success and pivot marketing strategies based on real-time community needs.

Requirements

  • The "People Person" Factor: Exceptional interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable walking into a room of strangers and leaving with a room of partners.
  • Creative Program Design: Proven ability to build a concept from scratch—whether it’s a "Mental Health Awareness Month" series or a routine wellness clinic.
  • Healthcare Literacy: A strong understanding of the mental health landscape and the specific needs of adults in medical or rehabilitative environments.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter who thrives in a scaling environment and can manage multiple facility relationships simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong public speaking and writing skills for both professional proposals and community-facing content.

Preferred

  • 5+ years in Marketing, Community Relations, or Program Management.
  • Previous experience working with adult medical centers, nursing homes, or outpatient clinics.
  • A background in (or a deep passion for) mental health advocacy.
