Responsibilities

• The Marketing Director will help develop and guide J Bar J Youth Services' overall marketing and communications strategy, strengthen awareness of our organization and programs, and help us effectively tell the story of the work happening throughout J Bar J Youth Services.
• This position will work closely with organizational leadership and program teams on a variety of marketing, communications, branding, community outreach, and public relations initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on professional who is creative, collaborative, organized, and comfortable working across a diverse organization.

Requirements

• Professional experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, branding, and content development
• Ability to develop creative ideas and turn them into effective marketing initiatives
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, staff, community partners, and other stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field preferred
• Experience with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus
