Responsibilities

• Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, print, and direct outreach.
• Create compelling messaging and content for middle-market businesses, business owners, clients, prospects, and referral partners.
• Promote the firm's tax, accounting, audit, and advisory services through targeted campaigns and thought leadership.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand across all marketing materials.
• Manage the firm's marketing calendar, priorities, and campaign timelines.
• Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot, including emails, landing pages, forms, segmentation, and lead scoring.
• Monitor campaign performance and use results to improve future campaigns.
• Maintain accurate marketing data and reporting.
• Partner with firm leadership and partners to support business development and growth initiatives.
• Develop marketing materials and campaigns that support client acquisition and referral relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a CPA, accounting, professional services, or B2B environment
• Experience marketing to businesses, business owners, or middle-market clients preferred
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Strong writing, creative, campaign development, and project management skills
• Experience planning and executing events
• Prior experience leading, managing, or mentoring marketing staff

• Experience marketing to middle-market clients is valued
• Experience marketing accounting, CPA, tax, audit, advisory, or other professional services is strongly preferred
