Responsibilities - Design and produce marketing collateral including offering emails, listing packages, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations - Develop transaction-based templates and scalable corporate marketing materials - Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all deliverables - Leverage emerging AI tools to facilitate the functioning of the marketing department - Responsible for creating and maintaining the LAO brand standards for AI-generated marketing materials - Contribute creative concepts and design solutions that enhance LAO's brand presence - Stay current on design trends and recommend improvements to workflows, templates, and processes - Assist with copywriting and editing for brochures, presentations, website content, and internal communications - Provide quality control and proofing support across marketing materials - Manage and create content for social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn) - Support website updates and basic content management - Assist with the coordination and production of company and industry events - Manage relationships with outside vendors for printing, promotional materials, and event collateral - Oversee printing, binding, and shipping of marketing materials - Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed
