Under the direction of district marketing leadership, you will own the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, campaigns across multiple channels, content creation, analytics, and cross‑department collaboration to support recruitment, enrollment, and community engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing district marketing strategies that support recruitment, enrollment, employee engagement and community awareness goals.
  • Create and support integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, web, email and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with departments and campuses to identify marketing needs and develop promotional strategies that support district priorities.
  • Support district recruitment and enrollment initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns, promotional materials and digital content.
  • Assist in planning, promoting and supporting district events, programs and initiatives.
  • Design and produce high-quality print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, banners, signage and promotional items.
  • Ensure all materials align with district branding standards, visual identity guidelines and communication expectations.
  • Create graphics and visual assets for district websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, digital advertising and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with district departments, campuses and communications staff to develop creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Maintain and organize digital design files, campaign materials, templates and brand assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, public relations, advertising, or other related field
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with Canva and digital content creation tools
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising and content management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in writing, proofreading and editing for proper grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to create high-quality print and digital materials aligned to brand standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, project management, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and campaign performance metrics

Preferred

  • Bilingual Preferred
  • Knowledge of photography, videography and basic video editing preferred
  • Experience in school environment or non-profit setting preferred
