Position Title: Marketing Data Analyst

Business Unit: Marketing

Reports to: Director of Marketing Analytics

Position Overview:

Working with Marketing teammates, line of business leadership, and third party vendors, ensure FNB is effectively and efficiently using data to drive acquisition, growth and retention activities. Incumbent is responsible for utilizing prospect and customer data to support business sales initiatives, including providing leads to the frontline through CRM and supporting targeted marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for refining and maintaining a scalable, sustainable approach to sales lead generation for the Bank.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manages all prospect, client and partner data used in marketing/sales programs.

Prepares data for marketing campaigns and client communications.

Mines marketing and sales data for key insights.

Prepares, scrubs and imports new data from various data sources.

Improves data quality through data analysis, standards definition and data management best practices.

Compiles and reports results of marketing campaigns.

Provides strategic insight, roadmap and enhancement recommendations related to data management to marketing and business leadership team.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software

Experience in financial services or a related field preferred

Strong knowledge of marketing databases and database-related tools and software
