Responsibilities

• support Marketing & CSR initiatives for Wondr Nation
• perform tactical digital marketing tasks in support of a variety of marketing needs
• support the implementation of the company’s Social Responsibility initiatives
• manage projects
• have knowledge of marketing tactics, community outreach and engagement tactics, and be proficient in internet research
• proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) plus Google products (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive)
• written and verbal communication skills
• be a self-starter, stay on task; personable, work well and collaboratively with others; detail-oriented and well-organized
• creative or design skills a plus
• ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) and travel as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or similar required
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing execution required
• 2–4 years of event execution required
• 2–4 years working with community initiatives preferred
• Experience with managing projects
• Writing/composition experience highly preferred
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Hands-on digital marketing execution experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google products (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive)
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom

Preferred

• Creative or design skills a plus
• Experience in online gaming industry desired
