Responsibilities

• The Marketing Counselor will be responsible for disseminating information from various marketing campaigns to grow and develop a prospect base that will maintain occupancy and grow Seabury At Home membership.
• Educating the greater community and prospects about Life Care, the benefits of Seabury, the Seabury At Home program, and Seabury’s reputation and expertise in successful aging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or equivalent
• 2+ years related experience, preferred
• Knowledge of senior care services, particularly Life Care communities, preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and practical organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially in relating to older persons
• Ability to work independently and to be a self-starter, while also supporting department goals and team members
• Technology expertise and aptitude, and complete facility with the Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
• Understands and supports the mission, philosophy, and goals of Seabury and the Marketing & Communications department

Preferred

• 2+ years related experience, preferred
• Knowledge of senior care services, particularly Life Care communities, preferred
