Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish engaging short- and long-form marketing content, including website content, blogs, educational resources, and case studies.
• Interview customers and turn their experiences, challenges, and results into compelling customer stories and case studies.
• Create clear, persuasive, and actionable content that helps small business owners understand marketing and take action.
• Research topics, industries, competitors, customer needs, and trends to identify valuable content and organic search opportunities.
• Develop and optimize content using current SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI-search best practices to improve visibility, engagement, and qualified traffic.
• Create compelling headlines, introductions, calls to action, and easy-to-scan content structures that support engagement and conversion.
• Use research, statistics, credible sources, and data to create authoritative, useful, and results-driven content.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams, adapt content for different brands and audiences, and manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Requirements

• Professional experience in marketing copywriting, content writing, communication or a related field, with strong short- and long-form writing skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills, with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts and turn them into clear, engaging, and persuasive content for small business audiences.
• Strong research skills and the ability to use facts, statistics, credible sources, and data to strengthen content.
• Understanding of SEO and SEO-focused content creation; familiarity with GEO, AEO, AI search, or AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and interviewing skills, with the ability to turn customer conversations into compelling content.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, WordPress, AI writing tools, and standard office software
