Job Summary

Drive engaging, brand-aligned content across channels by translating complex senior living offerings into clear, compassionate language while upholding Benedictine’s guidelines and mission in daily marketing decision-making.

  • Content ownership: Create and edit brochures, ads, emails, and landing pages with audience-focused messaging.
  • Brand & strategy: Ensure brand voice, identity usage, and contribution to sales/marketing strategy.
  • Mission in practice: Infuse Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice into day-to-day activities to advance marketing goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Writes and edits engaging content for a variety of channels, including, but not limited to brochures, rack cards and other sales materials, digital and print advertisements, flyers and direct mail pieces, email campaigns and landing pages.
  • Translates complex senior living offerings (independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, short-term rehab) into clear, compassionate and audience-focused language.
  • Oversees compliance with Benedictine brand guidelines, voice and style guides and proper identity usage. Participates and contributes to sales and marketing strategy development.
  • Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
  • Performs other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing or related role
