Job Summary

Own the content and communications pipeline spanning digital, print, and social deliverables, vendor coordination, and event support, while ensuring brand consistency and on time execution.

Content creation and editing: write and polish communications with typography awareness and clear storytelling.
Calendar, posting, and collateral: manage social schedules and material requests for sales enablement and campaigns.
Vendor and partner orchestration: build strong vendor relationships and coordinate with Marketing Communications and agencies to differentiate products in market.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creates digital, print, and social media content.
Manages social media calendar and posting.
Collaborates with Marketing Communications and external agencies to deliver on-time, compliant marketing deliverables.
Works with internal and external creative resources for project execution.
Organizes and upkeeps literature library and handles branch literature requests.
Assists with event planning and coordination of communications.
Responds to requests for marketing material and sales collateral.
Edits and writes content for communications with attention to typography and detail.
Builds strong vendor relationships and collaborates with external vendors as needed.

Requirements

4-year degree preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and Social Media Management including Meta and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player, yet able to work independently with limited supervision.
Must maintain a clean driving record.
Travel ability: 1-10% of time with potential overnight and minimal weekend travel within Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Missouri.
