Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets across platforms, including but not limited to: digital, print, social media, email, event materials, property signage, apparel needs, and other promotional collateral.
  • Assist in the creation and management of social media content calendar and postings.
  • Manage, edit, and maintain the VIR website, including optimizing website functionality, user experience, and SEO performance; monitor analytics and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including newsletters, social media, website, and SMS communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all VIR deliverables
  • Manage and maintain an organized archive of creative assets, including photo, video, and design files.
  • Assist the Marketing Director in the management of scheduling photo and video content days and creating necessary shotlists.
  • On-site event support during select weekends
  • Represent VIR at auto, car shows, and other events as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required; experience with web platforms (WordPress or similar CMS) required.
  • Ability to work multiple weekends throughout the season and maintain a flexible schedule.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
  • Experience with basic HTML/CSS knowledge and understanding of UX/UI best practices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of VIR and/or the motorsports world is a plus.
