Job Summary

Own content, social, and orchestration activities that blend SEO-driven publishing with campaigns and automation to fuel growth.

  • Content & Digital Execution: Publish SEO-aligned blog/website content, update WordPress, and improve on-page optimization.
  • Campaign & Channel Support: Drive organic social, prep assets for paid campaigns, and run HubSpot email workflows.
  • Marketing Operations & Enablement: Build automations, create Canva assets, support events, and manage marketing assets for consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content & Digital Execution: Publish and optimize blog/website content to align with SEO strategy, update WordPress content for accuracy and consistency, and support on-page SEO improvements.
  • Campaign & Channel Support: Plan, create, and schedule organic social content; assist paid social assets and tracking; execute HubSpot email marketing campaigns with segmentation and reporting.
  • Marketing Operations & Enablement: Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, design assets in Canva, support events and asset management, and ensure accessibility and consistency of marketing assets.
  • Performance & Optimization Support: Monitor performance across content, email, and social campaigns; identify trends and suggest improvements; leverage AI tools to boost content, campaigns, and workflows; collaborate with stakeholders on ongoing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or content development.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing across web, email, and social channels.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as CRM, email marketing tools, and social media management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience using Canva to develop marketing assets.
  • Exposure to marketing automation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to interpret basic performance data and support continuous improvement of marketing efforts.
