Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate digital marketing, communications, content, campaign, or outreach work connected to assigned business priorities.
Maintain accurate calendars, briefs, status trackers, content records, campaign details, and follow-up items.
Support research, drafting, publishing, reporting, and stakeholder communication using approved online tools.
Review work for completeness, brand consistency, timing, and documented requirements before handoff or publication.
Prepare concise performance updates and keep project documentation organized for remote collaboration.

Requirements

Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
