Drive content creation and management for email marketing and cross-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and manage content for email marketing campaigns
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate campaign timelines
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives across email, social media, and print
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Support business development efforts through outreach and relationship coordination with carriers, underwriters, and industry partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or marketing platforms is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a small, high-performing team
