Job Summary
Own event and proposal operations for RailPros, turning calendars, content, and compliance into repeatable, sponsor-friendly programs that travel with the team.
- Own event logistics and travel coordination to secure sponsorships, exhibit space, and timely attendee registration.
- Lead proposal coordination and data management, including content creation, compliance checks, and library maintenance.
- Monitor intake and requests to Marketing and Proposals and ensure adherence to policies and governance.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assists in the implementation of marketing strategies
- Manages the industry event calendar for RailPros
- Executes registration of attendees and secures any required sponsorships or exhibit space
- Coordinates industry event communication and planning with Marketing Manager
- Oversees the packing and shipping of industry event materials
- Lead proposal coordination efforts for required content, including resumes, project summaries, technical write ups, and forms
- Perform proposal compliance reviews and participate in color reviews
- May lead proposals under the direction of a proposal manager
- Provides oversight of the master library of proposal data and maintains updated information
- Monitor group inboxes for marketing and proposal requests
Requirements
- Highschool diploma is required
- Experience with LMS system migrations
Preferred
- Proven experience in new system implementation is a plus
