Job Summary

Own brand-driven content operations across marketing channels, aligning materials with identity while shaping storytelling and proposals for ESG and partnership initiatives.

  • Brand & Content: Build consistent brandAssets, templates, and libraries, ensuring tone and visuals across social, websites, and print.
  • Content & Campaigns: Drive content production for campaigns and events, translating strategy into polished visuals and presentations.
  • Digital Engagement: Coordinate publishing, cadence, and analytics to inform leadership on engagement and brand performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Content Management: Ensure all materials align with brand standards, tone, and visual identity.
  • Brand & Content Management: Draft, edit, and proof content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and print collateral.
  • Brand & Content Management: Support website maintenance and updates, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
  • Brand & Content Management: Create and maintain marketing templates, brand assets, and content libraries.
  • Brand & Content Management: Collaborate with BD leadership on storytelling, ESG messaging, and proposal design. ensure all produced materials follow brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
  • Digital Marketing & Engagement: Schedule and publish social media posts; engage with followers and track analytics to drive engagement.
  • Digital Marketing & Engagement: Set and monitor content themes, posting cadence, and engagement targets.
  • Digital Marketing & Engagement: Compile and distribute monthly analytics reports for leadership review.
  • Creative & Design Support: Execute assigned campaigns and initiatives from the marketing plan.
  • Creative & Design Support: Design professional presentations, one-pagers, and proposal graphics in alignment with Sendero’s visual standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or digital media (internship experience accepted).
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (required).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage, edit, and design website content with a strong focus on maintaining brand consistency and enhancing user experience, specifically within the SES digital environment.
