Ryan Companies is looking for a National Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team! This individual will be based in Des Moines, Iowa, or Phoenix, Arizona. They will support marketing and business development efforts at the national level for Ryan’s sectors, which include healthcare, housing, industrial, and mission critical. The focus of this role includes proposals, team resumes, project summaries, and presentations. The National Marketing Coordinator will also assist with project marketing, events, public relations, and social media.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Provide support for the creation of proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other business development activities
- Support the maintenance of proposal materials, including sector-specific marketing materials, project summaries, and team resumes
- Support the execution of brand awareness activities, such as conferences, event planning, blogs, social media posts, and awards
- Assist with writing and editing project summaries, proposals, resumes, and marketing collateral
- Support the execution of national sector marketing plans
- Provide data support in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Two years of marketing experience desired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and balance multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and oral/written communication skills
You will really stand out if you have experience in:
- A construction and/or architectural-related field
- InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint and graphic design skills
- CRM, dashboards, and databases
