Own end-to-end marketing programs from concept to launch, including promotions, events, and digital campaigns, while tracking performance and managing budget and co-ops.

- Collaborate with Sales, Ops, IT and leadership to align initiatives
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build promotions with manufacturer and agency partners (concept to launch)
- Execute well organized and attended events, both employee and customer-facing
- Plan and execute email, newsletters, social media, digital, print, and in-branch campaigns
- Track/measure campaign, promotion, event, and communication results
- Maintain the marketing budget, maximize co-op and market development funds (MDF)
- Manage content on all platforms (Constant Contact, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
- Coordinate branded merchandise (SWAG)
- Work as needed with Sales, Ops, IT, Leadership, Branch Mgrs, Manufacturers, Customers
Requirements
- 3–5 years in marketing coordination, project management, event coordination or digital marketing
- Balance creation execution with administrative and analytical work
- Digital Skills: Tockify, Canva, Adobe Photoshop
