Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with PCPs, orthopedic practices, chiropractors, pain management providers, urgent care centers, and specialty physicians
  • Conduct in-person visits to introduce the clinic, our providers, and our services
  • Develop partnerships with local gyms, trainers, high schools, club sports programs, and community organizations
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources to nurture long-term relationships
  • Represent the clinic professionally at community and networking events
  • Execute weekly outreach plans to expand our referral base
  • Track and analyze referral trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Identify underserved specialties or niche opportunities (e.g., post-op rehab, sports performance, vestibular, pelvic health)
  • Coordinate provider meet-and-greet visits and clinical education sessions
  • Assist in developing strategic outreach campaigns aligned with clinic growth goals

Requirements

  • A natural relationship-builder who enjoys meeting new people and representing a brand you believe in
  • Organized and self-motivated — you can manage your own schedule and outreach pipeline
  • Comfortable working independently in the community (most work is done outside the clinic)
  • Excellent communicator, both in-person and in writing
  • Familiarity with the healthcare, fitness, or wellness space is a plus — but not required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursed)
