Job Description

Own and drive marketing coordination for global events, fueling exhibitor sponsorships and commercial growth.

  • Supporting integrated marketing campaigns that drive exhibitor and sponsorship revenue across global events
  • Creating and managing sales collateral including decks, brochures, landing pages and sponsorship materials
  • Coordinating closely with sales, design, content and operations teams to support commercial growth
  • Managing website content, digital updates and online event registration journeys
  • Supporting lead generation activity and maintaining accurate marketing data and reporting
  • Helping deliver seamless attendee and exhibitor experiences both online and on-site
  • Contributing to wider marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand messaging
  • Providing ad hoc marketing and communications support across the business as required

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related role
  • Able to produce sharp, concise copy that supports commercial objectives and drives action
  • Comfortable working across digital channels (email, social, web)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident working with different teams, including sales and design
  • Experience with marketing or CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, registration platforms) is a plus
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ready to get stuck in

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with design tools
