Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns for a variety of events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all platforms
  • Support maintenance of marketing calendars and promotional timelines
  • Social Media & Content Development: Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms
  • Monitor audience engagement and support community management
  • Capture photo and video content during events
  • Design basic graphics and edit shortform video content for digital use
  • Assist in writing captions, website content, and promotional copy
  • Email, SMS & Digital Marketing: Assist with building and scheduling email and SMS campaigns
  • Maintain subscriber lists and ensure messaging is accurate and timely
  • Update website event pages with current event details and ticketing information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and social media management tools.
  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, promoters, and venue partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Available to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
