Own corporate and property marketing ownership across branding, digital presence, and events to drive occupancy and mood.

• Brand and corporate marketing: press releases, ad campaigns coordination, and event logistics.
• Channel and content ownership: manage company website and digital content plus property marketing materials with leasing teams.
• Operations and governance: administer promotional items, build the annual marketing budget, and report monthly on actual vs forecasted expenses.

Responsibilities

• Corporate level marketing and branding including press releases, coordinating ad campaigns, and event coordination.
• Manage company website and digital content.
• Collaborate with asset management and leasing teams on property level marketing materials and quarterly space availabilities.
• Administer promotional items for company events.
• Create annual marketing budget and report monthly on actual and forecasted expenses.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in commercial real estate or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power Bi and Tableau preferred.
• Individual must be a highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, effectively manage time, meet deadlines while reporting milestones along the way, and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred

• Experience with Power Bi and Tableau preferred.
