Job Summary

Drive end-to-end promotional materials operations for CorMedix, owning PRC submissions, version control, and vendor coordination to ensure compliant, on-brand assets.

  • Standout: Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or PRC coordination across clinical, legal, and regulatory reviews.
  • Ownership of vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-time deliverables.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promotional Material Management: Manage the promotional review process, updates, and lifecycle of promotional materials (sales aids, brochures, digital assets).
  • Maintain version control and document tracking.
  • Ensure all materials are on-brand and aligned to current label and strategy.
  • Product Review Committee Coordination: Own the PRC submission process including the preparation of submission packages, routing of materials through review systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats).
  • Track review timelines and comments/revisions.
  • Coordinate feedback consolidation across clinical, legal and regulatory reviewers.
  • Ensure all materials are approved, compliant, and audit-ready including annotations and anchored references.
  • Agency and Vendor Coordination: Coordinate creative updates, copy revisions, and production timelines.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, budget constraints and quality standards.
  • Budget Tracking: Reviews SOWs with Brand leads to ensure costs align.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Administration)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (ideally in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries, OR regulated industries with structured approval workflows)
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries (or regulated industries with structured approval workflows).
  • Familiarity with PRC processes and Veeva PromoMats (or similar systems) is a plus.
