Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing activations for events, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum engagement with target audiences. This includes the timely request of graphics or copy needed to execute.
  • Post approved events on the JSA website events - show tracker
  • Generate email campaigns for all the events and new services we offer at them.
  • Coordinate social media collabs
  • Request and publish articles featured on the home page and blog section.
  • Publish JSA Authorized Dealers on the website once confirmed by sales
  • Support the execution of marketing plans
  • Monitor and analyze marketing activations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on key performance metrics
  • Maintain and organize marketing materials, including images, templates, and past campaign assets, ensuring easy access and reference
  • Ensure all promotional materials are accurate, reflecting current submission protocols, pricing, and brand guidelines

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator for an advertising, PR agency or other large company with multiple concurrent projects
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and flexible
  • Ability to work and manage projects both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, marketing department, grading team, and preshow team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently
  • Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities

Preferred

  • Familiarity with or a passion for memorabilia and collectibles is definitely a plus.
