Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Create and edit marketing content (social media posts, emails, website content, etc.)
• Manage and schedule social media accounts and monitor engagement
• Support email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber lists
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
• Collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain marketing materials and brand consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role (internships count)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, social media ads)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS)
