Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Print & Digital Marketing: Coordinate production schedules for print and digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Print & Digital Marketing: Manage creative trafficking and approvals for HBR’s print and online advertising placements.
  • Print & Digital Marketing: Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Print & Digital Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Editorial, Design, Sales, Product) to ensure brand alignment.
  • RFP (Request for Proposal) Support: Assist in drafting, editing, and submitting marketing sections for RFPs.
  • RFP (Request for Proposal) Support: Maintain an updated library of case studies, audience data, and marketing collateral for use in proposals.
  • RFP (Request for Proposal) Support: Partner with sales teams to ensure RFP submissions align with client goals and HBR’s value proposition.
  • Podcast Marketing: Coordinate promotion schedules and creative assets for HBR podcasts.
  • Podcast Marketing: Track performance analytics and contribute to growth strategies for podcast listenership and sponsorship.
  • Podcast Marketing: Collaborate with producers on audience engagement campaigns and cross-channel promotion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in media, publishing, or B2B environments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with live event support and teleprompter tools (training provided if needed).
  • Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortability working across multiple marketing channels (print, digital, events, podcasts).
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.

Preferred

  • Experience in media, publishing, B2B marketing, or professional services environments.
  • Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, podcasts, or content marketing initiatives.
  • A data-informed approach to marketing and campaign optimization.
  • Curiosity about leadership, management, business, and professional development topics.
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools, technologies, and marketing channels.
