Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Record and edit professional-quality videos featuring attorneys, firm events, client education, and thought leadership.
  • Capture professional photography of attorneys, staff, events, and community initiatives.
  • Edit videos and photos for social media, the firm’s website, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Design graphics, brochures, presentations, social media content, advertisements, infographics, and other marketing materials consistent with the firm’s brand standards.
  • Assist with website updates, attorney biographies, blog posts, and practice area pages.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and platforms.
  • Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns.
  • Draft, schedule, and publish content across the firm’s digital platforms.
  • Assist with email newsletters and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, current enrollment in a degree program, or equivalent relevant education and experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience or equivalent internship, freelance, academic, or agency experience.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Experience with video recording and editing.
  • Experience with photography and photo editing.
  • Graphic design experience with a strong eye for layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, leadership, and staff.

Preferred

  • Is creative, curious, and passionate about marketing.
  • Enjoys creating high-quality video, photography, and graphic content.
  • Has strong visual storytelling skills.
  • Is comfortable collaborating directly with attorneys and firm leadership.
  • Can manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Takes initiative and enjoys contributing new ideas.
  • Is adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced professional environment.
  • Is eager to learn and continue developing their marketing skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing photography, videography, graphic design, social media, or other digital marketing work is strongly encouraged.
  • Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
