Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Develop graphics, captions, reels, stories, and promotional posts
• Highlight adoptable animals, rescue stories, fundraising campaigns, and sponsor recognition
• Design flyers, newsletters, social graphics, event signage, and promotional materials
• Assist with photography, videography, email campaigns, and website updates
• Support marketing efforts for Barkin’ Ball, Bow Wow Bingo, Guardian Angel Society, adoption events, and fundraising campaigns
• Assist with sponsor recognition, donor communications, and event materials
• Organize digital files, templates, photos, and marketing assets
• Assist with basic technology and event support when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing, communications, nonprofit, or social media experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe programs, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Photography and videography experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented work ethic.
• Passion for animal welfare and nonprofit work.
