Job Summary

Coordinate event logistics and content for multi-channel campaigns, driving on-site execution and post-event follow-up.

  • Own event logistics, timelines, assets, and post-event follow-up across conferences, webinars, and field activities.
  • Must-have: 1+ years in marketing coordination, events, or campaigns.
  • Standout: Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and assets using HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, or CMS tools.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for conferences and field events, including materials, vendors, shipping, and booth setup
  • Support onsite execution of events
  • Manage event timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure readiness and accuracy
  • Draft, format, and publish content (social media, blogs, newsletters, etc.) aligned to campaign priorities
  • Coordinate messaging and assets with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency across platforms
  • Support webinar execution, including setup, scheduling, and coordination of logistics
  • Monitor social engagement and flag notable trends or insights to the team
  • Track marketing deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across campaigns and programs
  • Coordinate marketing assets (emails, graphics, landing pages, etc.) and ensure alignment with campaign direction
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and ready for execution

Requirements

  • 1+ years of marketing, coordination, or events experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and commitment to execution quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or digital initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field of study preferred.
  • Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
