Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across our brands, creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional posts.
• Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation, brainstorming, marketing materials, campaign ideas, and improving the efficiency of day-to-day marketing tasks.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend community events, health fairs, networking events, promotional activities, and in-office events.
• Cultivate relationships and establish partnerships with local businesses to strengthen community ties and support organizational goals.
• Identify potential collaborations, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities that support the growth of our brands and strengthen our presence in the community.
• Help maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across social media, marketing materials, and community outreach efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, communications, or a related field.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using technology to support marketing and content creation.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding, and engaging content.
• Comfortable attending community events, networking, and building relationships with local organizations and businesses.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members across multiple departments.
