Responsibilities

• - Research the purchasing habits and behaviors of our target market
• - Create and implement marketing campaigns
• - Track and report on online marketing activities
• - Identify, research, and report on competitors
• - Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present to management
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
• - Initiate and expand referral networks to support company growth
• - Represent Concept Therapy professionally during outreach visits, events, and meetings

Requirements

• One year of experience in home health, healthcare marketing, case management, or a combination of each
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of therapy or home health services preferred but not required
