Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with clients, partners, and real estate agents to support co-marketing efforts.
• Enter and maintain accurate data across marketing databases and CRM systems.
• Track marketing performance and compile reports on campaign results.
• Assist in the design and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, graphics, newsletters).
• Collaborate with the team to plan and promote events and open houses.
• Maintain organized records of marketing assets, contacts, and campaign history.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and partners.
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, etc.).
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively under deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Preferred

• Experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus.
