Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end marketing workflow for Cherry Arts, driving digital and print campaigns, social channels, email outreach, and event registrations, while coordinating press, design, and website updates.

Own marketing materials, social posts, and email campaigns from concept to delivery
Lead content creation, press outreach, and event registration workflows in collaboration with staff

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create marketing materials (Adobe suite) for Cherry projects & initiatives, including social media, print, web, and short video, including copywriting
Create e-blasts weekly or more, (Mailchimp) with staff, including layout and drafting text
Post daily on one or more social media feeds (Facebook, Instagram) in consultation with FT staff
Update website (Wordpress) regularly in consultation with F/T staff
Create and link event registration Google forms to marketing materials, or by QR code, responding to related technical issues with form access
Collaboratively draft and submit press releases to regional outlets, tracking coverage
Create show programs (InDesign) based on previous models, including advertising and sponsorship recognition
Remotely attend staff meetings on Tuesdays (or as rescheduled for holidays)
Remotely attend in-person follow-up meetings and work sessions as needed
Contribute to development communications and research as needed
