Job Summary

Own cross-channel campaign execution and content production with tight collaboration to sales, product, and events, while using analytics to tighten what works and where to invest.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, print, and web channels. Coordinate campaign schedules, assets, and deliverables.
  • Content Creation & Brand Storytelling: Create, edit, and publish marketing content for websites, email campaigns, blogs, social media, and promotional materials. Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communications.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms. Monitor engagement and interact with online communities. Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Coordinate company participation in tournaments, trade shows, seminars, sponsorships, and special events. Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and on-site brand representation. Travel as needed to support key marketing initiatives and events.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using marketing and analytics tools. Prepare reports and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and brand differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product development, customer service, and external vendors to support company objectives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related role
  • Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns and content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred

  • Experience coordinating events, tournaments, or sponsorships
  • Public speaking or brand storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with data analytics or marketing metrics tools beyond basic tracking
