Responsibilities

• Sales Presentation Creation
• Creation and Execution of Campaigns
• General Administrative Support
• Marketing Coordination
• Coordinate marketing calendar activities for the whole team
• Execute graphic design projects, including sales collateral, digital campaigns, event materials and brand assets
• Manage social media channels
• Monitoring and assignment of marketing support requests
• Create the weekly all company marketing report
• Plan, Execute and Attend 15-20 tradeshows or events per year

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Marketing / Communications Experience
• Experience with departmental leadership preferred
• Proven experience in managing different key segments of marketing departments and principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• Experience with creation of social media plans and campaigns
• Proven graphic design skills with an eye for layout, branding consistency and creative execution
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or relevant field is a strong advantage
• Must have EXCELLENT creative, written, and verbal skills.

Preferred

• Experience with departmental leadership preferred
• Formal Marketing, Salesforce, or Zoom Info Training preferred
