Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing
Take the lead on all things social media. Planning creating, posting and engaging across various platforms
Work closely with our marketing team to develop fresh, engaging content that reflects our brand and community
Track content performance and adjust strategy based on what resonates with our audience
Stay on top of trends, platform updates and creative ideas that keep our presence fresh and relevant
Be the main point of contact for all items related to Marketing
Operations & Team Leadership
Develop and maintain strong operation procedures and processes to keep the studio running smoothly
Lead and support the studio staff, helping build a strong motivated team
Assist the Studio Manager with daily needs from scheduling, to member experience, to problem-solving on the fly
