• Assist with project and campaign management under the leadership of the Marketing Director; central coordinator of marketing requests, projects, and campaigns
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to align projects with priorities and support timely delivery
• Brand stewardship to support brand awareness and engagement across front-line business units; ensure materials align with brand standards
• Draft multi-channel content, design visuals, and develop marketing materials for internal and external audiences
• Ensure content complies with applicable regulations and aligns with the bank's culture and brand standards (including social media posts, website content, long-form articles, and videos)
• Coordinate and execute internal and external events, assisting with timelines, logistics, and cross-functional communication
• Assist in communicating brand guidelines and gathering internal feedback; coordinate project workflows through intake, feedback, and execution for active campaigns
• Support the Marketing Director and leadership team with budget tracking and document retention; track KPIs at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals and retain supporting documentation per guidelines
