Job Summary

Own content and event storytelling to turn KR Wolfe’s technical services into market narratives for healthcare, veterinary, construction, and OEM partners, funneling awareness into qualified leads.

  • Content strategy: Own the calendar and programs across case studies, thought leadership, social, website and sales enablement to hit growth priorities.
  • Event leadership: Plan, execute and measure trade shows with pre/post follow up and cross-functional alignment.
  • Narrative translation: Turn installation, integration, field service, construction and healthcare renovation into compelling stories for sales conversations.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with growth priorities\n- Create high-impact content including case studies, industry thought leadership, social content, website copy and sales enablement materials\n- Translate technical services into clear, compelling marketing narratives across installation, integration, field service, construction, and healthcare renovation\n- Partner with operations and project teams to capture real-world insights, project highlights, and success stories\n- Support internal communications reinforcing culture, growth and strategic direction\n- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning across content\n- Plan and execute presence at trade shows and industry events with booth strategy, logistics, and on-site execution\n- Develop event messaging and collateral aligned with audiences and business goals\n- Partner with sales and leadership for pre-event planning and post-event follow-up\n- Coordinate campaigns to drive attendance, engagement and lead generation before and after events\n- Track and report event performance, including lead quality, pipeline impact and ROI\n- Manage event budgets, timelines and vendor relationships\n- Collaborate with business development and sales to align marketing with revenue goals\n- Develop tools and materials to support lead generation and sales conversations\n- Help position divisions (Integration, Installation, Field Service, Construction, Healthcare Renovation) clearly within the market\n- Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred\n- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or event management\n- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics\n- Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events end-to-end\n- Excellent project management and organizational skills\n- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment\n- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams\n- Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, CMS, social media)\n- Nice to have\n- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, construction, or technical services industries\n- Familiarity with OEM partnerships or field service-based business models\n- Experience supporting multi-division or national service organizations\n- Benefits\n- Medical, dental, and vision\n- 401(k) with company match\n- Paid time off (PTO)\n- Paid holidays,\n- Opportunity for growth in a fast-paced and expanding organization
